Print Brokering

Introductory rates apply to new clients and may change. Final price is confirmed in writing after review; rush bid deadlines (under 72 hours) may carry a surcharge. For bids, the client provides pricing, company information, and signatures and remains responsible for the accuracy and submission of the bid. Award is determined solely by the issuing agency and is not guaranteed.

For automation, third-party software subscriptions and per-message texting fees are billed by those providers and paid by the client. Texting workflows send only to contacts who have opted in. Automations reduce manual work but do not guarantee specific sales, booking, or revenue results.

Process

How it works

The same straightforward steps for every engagement, from a single bid to a monthly retainer.

  1. 1

    Free review

Send the solicitation, walk us through your workflow, or share your print specs.

  2. 2

    Written flat quote

You get a clear scope and a flat price in writing before any work starts.

  3. 3

    Plan & build

Requirements are mapped and tracked, then the work is drafted or built from your information.

  4. 4

    Review & test

You review and approve. We revise, test, and re-check against the requirements.

  5. 5

    Deliver

A submission-ready package, a launched workflow, or a finished print job, ahead of your deadline.

For bids & proposalsEvery response starts with a compliance matrix, and the schedule is built backward from the due date with internal checkpoints and buffer time.
For automationBuilt on the tools you already use where possible, tested with sample data, then either handed over with documentation or maintained on retainer.
